Safety Stanchions

The hook at the bottom of the safety stanchion is to be attached to a pad-eye or tie down. The knob at the top is then turned causing the bottom hook to retract, and thus securing the stanchion to the deck. Each assembly comes with a 15' polypropylene rope lanyard that has swivel clips at both ends so that that stanchions can be connected to form a temporary safety barrier. Compared to the traditional style that simply slot into a hole on the deck, these are considerably easier to use and handle, and are much lighter enabling them to easily be installed and removed at will. The three legs at the bottom fold in for easy storage when not in use.
